Womens Artistic Gymnastics

Jednorog run a variety of womens artistic gymnastics classes from beginner through to national level.

Beginner Classes

The beginner classes offer children an introduction to the sport of gymnastics. Please ring for availability in the following classes.

Gym Fun

Gym Fun classes offer an introduction to gymnastics for children aged 3.5 to 5 years of age. Classes introduce children to;

• Balance & Coordination (Foundation for many sports)
• Strength & Agility
• Self Discipline
• Social Skills

Gym Fun classes are all run by Jednorog staff.

General Gymnastics

Fully planned gymnastic classes supervised by qualified gymnastic  coaches. A safe, fun and challenging class introduce gymnastic skills to boys and girls aged 5 to 12 years of age.

At the end of each term (except term 1) an testing day is conducted to assess your child’s development and improvement over that period. A report showing development is supplied along with a a certificate of participation.

Club Level Gymnastics Stream

Club Level Gymnastics Stream (previously known as Optional Spectacular) is a state run program for gymnasts who wish to compete that only requires three hours per week training. The program runs from level 1 to 10 and competes all four apparatus Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor plus mini trampoline.

Participants in these classes are chosen from the recreational classes by the clubs head coach.
